England coach Brian Ashton has made five changes to the side which face Italy in Rome on Sunday as a result of the growing injury list hit his side.
Wasps'Tim Payne has been named in the starting line-up along with Bath's Michael Lipman who is set to start at open-side flanker. Nick Easter of Harlequins returns to the starting XV in favour of Luke Narraway, who has been placed on the bench after making his debut in the defeat to Wales last week. Jamie Noon and Lesley Vainikolo are the other two players to complte the changes.
