France were crowned 2008 Six Nations champions after beating France at the Millenium Stadium in a thrilling encounter.

The result made it 5 straight wins in the tournamanet for Wales meaning Warren Gatland's men won the Grand Slam for the first time since 2005.

Tries from Martyn Williams and Shane Williams as well as five penatlies from James Hook and Stephen Jones were enough to secure a 29 -12 victory over France and confirm that Wales were the best team in this years tournament.
